1. Pool Pump Upgrade: Our current pool pump is nearing the end of its lifespan, and to ensure a clean and safe swimming environment, we urgently need to invest in a new, efficient pump. (Quotes obtained, options being evaluated)

2. Management Company: To streamline operations and enhance member experiences, we are considering engaging a professional management company. Their expertise will ensure our club is run smoothly and effectively. (Quotes being evaluated by Board)

3. Upgraded Membership, Check-in, and Reservation System: A modernized system will make it easier for members to manage their memberships, check in seamlessly, and reserve facilities without any hassle. (You’re on it!)

4. Landscaping Updates: Our club’s aesthetics matter. Updating our landscaping will not only beautify our surroundings but also provide a more enjoyable environment for relaxation and family gatherings. (Need volunteers to assist)

5. Furniture Improvements: Comfortable and modern pool furniture will significantly improve our members’ experience. (Need volunteers to assist)

6. Pool Renovation: Finally, a comprehensive renovation of our pool by the 2027 season is essential. This includes updating tiles, fixing any structural issues, liner and enhancing safety features. (In Planning stages, fundraising needed)
