There are three areas that can be reserved:

• Tables on the deck near the deep end – 6 tables/24 chairs (max. 24 guests)
• Picnic tables by the shallow end – 4 picnic tables (max. 24 guests)
• Grassy area 2 picnic tables – can bring own chairs (max. 30 guests)

Check with the pool staff working the desk to determine if the area you wish to rent is available and on this website.

Provide payment for $40 online when reservation has been approved. Once payment is received, your reservation will be added to the calendar.

A reservation sign will be put up in the area on the day of your event.

1. Reservations are only available to BSC members in good standing.
2. The Reserved Pool Deck ensures that the area requested will be reserved for use by the renter at the date and time as reserved through the calendar at the front desk. Payment is required in order to make the reservation. The rental is available only during normal pool hours, weather permitting.
3. The renter/member shall check in at the front desk with all guests and pay the currently applicable guest fee upon entering the pool. If guests arrive late, the member must meet them at the front desk. All guests must follow the pool rules regarding guests and must wear a guest swimmer wrist band.
4. A rain check will be provided if bad weather occurs less than one hour into the party.
5. There is absolutely no access to the clubhouse.
6. The renter is welcome to bring food and drinks, per the rules of the pool.
7. Table decorations are allowed. Nothing may be hung from the umbrellas, tents, or decking, and no glitter/confetti of any manner is permitted.

FEES

The reservation is a flat fee of $40 for 3 hours. Every hour after is $20 per hour.

Guest swimmers pay the currently applicable guest fee for the day of the party.

The reservation must be made during the hours the pool is open for members.

BSC is designated as a smoke-free environment. No smoking is allowed anywhere inside the clubhouse or on the pool grounds.
